No city has an special spot in my heart than NEW YORK (besides Paris) but this post it's all about the concrete jungle.... Thanks Alicia Keys and JAY Z for that song that gets us all every time we are in New York.

From FLL to LGA it's only 3 hours and 20 minutes. (I always fall asleep on planes so don't quote me on that) So close why not just go for a weekend, RIGHT?

This trip was from Friday to Sunday. I usually always go from Thursday to Monday am. Lets be honest who wants to leave NYC on a Sunday and not have a boujee brunch? Definitely not me, plus tickets are always cheaper if you fly out on Mondays #doublewinning
I will tell you what I did during those 3 days as if you just had a weekend to see the city.

Friday - Day 1

My flight got delayed instead of landing at 6pm, I landed at 11:30pm. Obviously I was putting my coat on and hitting the city, I was only there for 72 hours, no time to relax. Grabbed my luggage and got in a cab

I stayed in Chelsea at my beautiful friend apartment (thank you Mika).

You can stay anywhere in the city; Nothing makes you love the city more than to see it by walking. Walk and get lost looking at the store windows, the rustic look of the restaurants from outside and the thousand of people walking next to you makes you feel alive.

The subway will take you anywhere in New York, I personally take the subway ALL THE TIME I'm there. If you don't know the routes download GOOGLE MAPS and will help you get to your destination.
